Attorney Loans

Unprofessional does not even begin to describe how this company is. I was listed as a reference (without my permission ) by a very irresponsible individual a few years ago. Any time this individual is one day late they call my phone looking for her. I have told them numerous times that I am no longer in contact with the individual and that I would appreciate it if they removed me immediately as my information was given with out my consent or authorization. They tell me that they can't do that- that I would need to have the person who gave my information go in person and ask them to remove me. I have been nice about it and a huge psychotic bith about it- nothing works. Anytime I call back to speak to a supervisor they hang up on me. The people that work there are trash who love the drama and to harrass people. Seriously go back to school and get a real job- I can't help that you probably barely make minimum wage.. DOUCHEBAGS! I don't even owe them any money- I have a 733 credit score and pay my bills! And to get harrassed for something I didn't even do?? It's ridiculous. These people do not care who they are calling- who they offend and how they treat people. They have an "F" grading on the BBB as well as 18 formal complaints. That says plenty. I finally contacted the main office in Mc Allen TX and spoke to the assistant for the President of Tiempo Loans. She took my name and number down an said she would get this complaint handled asap. We really needed help. The bill collectors were out of control. Our neighbor told us about Bankruptcy Attorney Nick Westbrook. We made an appointment and went in to his office.
